ON THE NATIONAL ANTHEM OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

I. National Anthem of the Republic of Tajikistan - as a symbol of state sovereignty, democratic, legal and unitary state, a spokesman for the inviolability of friendship and brotherhood of all peoples and nationalities.
Sacred duty of every citizen to a decent respect for the Law on the National Anthem of the Republic of Tajikistan.
II. National Anthem of the Republic of Tajikistan is performed:
1. When opening and closing sessions of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the session of People's Deputies of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, regions, cities and districts, formal meetings and events
other anniversaries, declared by law as national and republican;
2. At the beginning of the Republican TV and radio programs devoted to the national holidays: January 1 - New Year March 8 - International Women's Day March 21-22 - Idi Navruz, September 9 - Day of Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, 6 November - Day of the Constitution;
3. Daily, at the beginning and end of the national radio broadcasting;
4. During the anniversary celebrations and other events held by public authorities, public organizations, enterprises, institutions and groups in accordance with a resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;
5. At the formal opening ceremonies of the monuments, statues, memorial plaques and other related facilities, major public and social events of the history of the people, erected in honor of prominent political, governmental, military leaders, national heroes, men of science, literature and culture;
6. When awarding of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, regions, districts, cities, regions, enterprises, institutions and organizations;
7. When lifting the National Flag of the Republic of Tajikistan and other events held by the state and public bodies, institutions and enterprises;
8. During the meeting, and seeing the heads of states and governments of foreign countries, officially coming to our country - after the national anthem of a foreign state;
9. National Anthem of Tajikistan in other cases, decisions can be carried out of state and public bodies, heads of agencies, organizations and businesses with the requirements of the Regulations;
10. National Anthem performed by an orchestra of Tajikistan, chorus, chorus and orchestra, or other vocal-instrumental orchestras. In these cases, perhaps the use of sound recording.
In performing the National Anthem vocal (singing) marks the instrumentality in full, in the performance of musical instrumental part marks the beginning of the anthem, and the chorus is executed once.

16. In the international and intra-national sports anthem of the Republic of Tajikistan is performed in accordance with the provisions of the Committee on Physical Fitness and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the National Olympic Committee of Tajikistan, the Federation of Sports of the Republic of Tajikistan with the consent of the trade unions, youth organizations and the assistance to defense (CCA).
The ceremonial national anthem of the Republic of Tajikistan during the sporting event is determined based on the experience of international sports organizations;
17. In the performance of Republican organizations and institutions in foreign countries shall set by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Tajik Hymn of the order of execution, in accordance with national traditions and procedures of that State;

Persons found guilty of insulting the National Anthem of the Republic of Tajikistan and its violation shall be prosecuted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan decrees:
1. To approve the Regulations on the National Anthem of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Put into effect the decision from the date of publication.
